1. General
These Terms govern your use of our website and the services offered by Dream of the Green Flamingo (“hotel” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Reservations and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dream of the Green Flamingo.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. In some cases, a deposit or full prepayment may be necessary.
- Payment terms will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
- Rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- The hotel strives to provide accurate pricing information at all times. However, despite our best efforts, inadvertent errors in pricing may occur. These errors may include, but are not limited to, typographical mistakes, incorrect room rates, or errors in promotional offers. In the event that a reservation is made based on an incorrect rate due to a pricing error, the hotel reserves the right to: Amend the booking at the correct rate, or cancel the booking without penalty. In cases where the rate error is substantial and the reservation cannot be honored at the corrected price, the hotel reserves the right to void the reservation and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.
3. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan booked. Specific terms are provided at the time of reservation.
- If you fail to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”), full charges may apply.
- Certain promotional, non-refundable, or discounted rates may have stricter cancellation terms.
- Unless otherwise stated, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full stay including taxes will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable; the full booking amount will be charged.
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team.
- Exceptions to this policy (e.g., force majeure situations) are at the sole discretion of Green Flamingo Curacao management.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are required to provide a valid ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests and hotel staff.
- Any damage caused to the hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Dream of the Green Flamingo is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Unauthorized parties, loud music, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Dream of the Green Flamingo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.
- Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables when available,
- The use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Website Use
- Content on www.greenflamingocuracao.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Dream of the Green Flamingo and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through our website and during your stay will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy).
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical interruptions.

Dream of the Green Flamingo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
